Is Blue Nose Bikes open yet?
Blue Nose is launching soon. The mobile shop and private Midway workshop are being built out now. Current availability shown through Square reflects appointments Blue Nose is prepared to accept.
Where is the shop?
Blue Nose is based from a private workshop in San Diego's Midway District. It is an operational home base, not a public storefront, and does not accept walk-ins.
Where do you provide service?
Midway District is the launch service area. Coverage will expand deliberately as route capacity grows. Contact us if you are unsure whether your location is currently available.
Do you work on e-bikes?
Yes. Blue Nose services e-bikes, including bicycle-side mechanical systems and appropriate electrical diagnosis. Proprietary electronics, batteries or manufacturer-specific parts may require additional sourcing or outside support.
Do you work on high-end road, gravel or mountain bikes?
Yes. Blue Nose is intended to serve everything from everyday commuters to high-end enthusiast bikes.
What if you do not have the part I need?
We can diagnose the bike, identify the correct component, source it, and schedule a follow-up repair. Compatibility matters more than pretending every part belongs in a mobile inventory.
How will mobile pricing work?
Blue Nose will use a combination of a mobile call-out/service minimum, fixed-price labor for predictable jobs, and starting-at pricing where bike condition or complexity changes the work. Additional parts or labor are confirmed before proceeding.
What if I do not know what service to choose?
Book the check-up/consultation option or contact Blue Nose directly. You do not need to know the technical name of the problem before asking for help.
Do you service fleets?
Yes, on a conversation-first basis. Delivery riders, small fleets and businesses can contact Blue Nose to discuss recurring or multi-bike service.
